Special function: Dr. Ludovica Gambaro is a quantitative social scientist interested in family policies. Her research has extensively examined how families meet childcare needs and inequalities in children’s development.

Dr. Elisabeth K. Kraus

Special function: Dr. Elisabeth K. Kraus is a social demographer studying the interrelation of international (forced) migration and family and fertility dynamics in different European receiving contexts.

Dr. Nikola Sander

Special function: Dr. Nikola Sander is a quantitative population geographer interested in the patterns and processes of human behaviour in space and time. Her research focuses on quantifying, understanding and visualising migration and mobility.

Dr. Lenore Sauer

Special function: Dr. Lenore Sauer is economist. A particular interest in her recent research is directed towards forced migration and family arrangements as well as the consequences of international migration for the individual life course.

Special function: Dr. Susanne Schührer is a sociologist with research interests in quantitative integration research, especially in the analysis of survey data and the methods of data collection and evaluation.

Dr. Manuel Siegert

Special function: Dr. Manuel Siegert is a sociologist focusing on the integration of ethnic minorities in Germany, subjective well-being and educational inequality.

Dr. Anja Stichs

Special function: Dr. Anja Stichs is a sociologist and researcher in the field of quantitative integration research. She is interested in sampling methods for ethnic and religious minorities. Her main topics include religion, gender and family.
